The best experience with WLC .i had booked a car last minute and they still managed to provide best service.very good car, spotless, excellent on the road.Andrei who assisted us here is very helpful and understanding.even though we made mistakes while booking he helped us through it and even after he was quick to help with whatever else we needed.i would surely prefer it again

I recommend WLC for a car rental in Sibiu. In the past I had a bad experience with another company in Sibiu. In the case of WLC everything went very smooth from the booking process to collecting and dropping off the car at the airport. Very good and clear communication too.

I did a lot of research and contacted a number of companies before I booked the rental car in Sibiu as I’ve read about a few nightmare experiences that people have had from the companies that seem cheaper on an initial search. Went with WLC because Madalina, the customer service rep that I liased with via WhatsApp; was brilliant. Gave me great quotes for cars, was transparent with costs and didn’t make me feel pressured and reassured me that there would be no add on costs when I arrived. Took an Uber to the rental office from central Sibiu - it was a little difficult to find the offices at first but when I arrived, I was greeted by Andrei who was very friendly and helpful with explaining everything about the car - didn’t pressure me to buy additional services and even lent me a phone holder. The car was spotless and new and very well maintained - couldn’t have been happier with it. And Andrei even dropped us back to the airport when we delivered the car back to him. Great service and great car. I loved Transylvania so much that I’m sure I’ll be back and I’ll definitely use WLC again as well as recommending to all my friends who now want to visit after seeing my road trip there!!
