To rent a car from WLC, you need two identification documents: your ID card or passport and your driver's license. Copies or photos of the documents must be sent via email for driver eligibility validation and must also be presented in their original form to the WLC agent at the time of vehicle delivery.

The car can be picked up and returned at the WLC locations in the city where you made the request or can be delivered to any address you specify within Romania. For pickup or drop-off at a location other than the WLC offices, an additional fee will apply, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

The displayed price is the final amount you will pay and includes unlimited mileage, as long as your rental period is not shorter than 3 days, insurance, road tax, free roadside assistance within Romania, and a dedicated Customer Support service available 24/7 online and by phone.
You have the option to add up to two additional drivers for free. You will only need to provide the identity documents (ID card/passport) and driver's license for all drivers who will be operating the rented vehicle.
A rental day is calculated as 24 hours. If the return of the vehicle is delayed by up to two hours, no additional fee will be charged. However, for delays of four hours or more, an extra rental day will be charged according to the agreed contractual rate.
You can drive both within Romania and across the European Union. Please note that in order to take the rented car outside the country, you must obtain written approval from WLC, along with the necessary power of attorney and insurance. Additionally, you are required to notify us at least 5 working days before leaving the country.
The security deposit is a financial guarantee required for the rented vehicle. It can range between 200 and 1500 Euros, depending on the rented model. The deposit is blocked on your card at the time of vehicle delivery and is released at the end of the rental period. The security deposit is retained partially or fully only if you were involved in an accident and the vehicle damage was caused by your own fault.
