Car rental prices are expressed in euros/day depending on the rental period in days. The price includes: free delivery, RCA and Casco insurances, and the replacement of the rented car if necessary, at no additional cost.

One rental day is 24 hours. Any extension of the rental period by 4 hours will incur an additional day's charge!

You need two documents: your ID card or passport and your driving licence. Send copies or photos of your documents by email for validation, and present the originals to the WLC agent when picking up the car.
❗ For certain vehicle categories or specific rental conditions, booking confirmation requires both submitting your documents and paying a 20% deposit. The displayed price includes third-party liability insurance, the road vignette, maintenance, seasonal tyres and 24/7 technical support. It does not include road tolls (other than the vignette, e.g. bridge tolls) or fines attributed to the driver. Mileage is unlimited within Romania for rentals over 3 days (with a 300 km/day limit outside the country, regardless of duration). At pickup, our team will explain exactly what your chosen package includes and what additional services you can add.
The security deposit is an amount held on your card at pickup, between 350 and 1,500 EUR, depending on the vehicle class. It is returned in full or partially within a maximum of 7 business days after return, following an inspection of the car's condition. It may be partially or fully retained in case of additional damage, an excessively dirty car, unpaid fuel or mileage, unreturned keys/documents, late return or missing police documents in the event of damage.
The car is picked up and returned, as a rule, from WLC's locations in the city of your booking (including the airport, with a free shuttle), or it can be delivered to an address in Romania of your choice for an additional fee (minimum 24 hours' notice), subject to availability. Return is made in the same city; returning in a different city is only possible with WLC's written agreement, subject to availability, and involves a relocation fee ("One Way Rent").
You can add an additional driver free of charge. Original ID documents (ID card or passport and driving licence) are required for each driver who will use the car.
To make changes to your booking, don't hesitate to contact us by email at office@wlc.ro, by phone at +4 0762 135 800 or on WhatsApp. For extension requests, please contact us at least 24 hours before the contract expires so we can check availability.
To cancel a reservation, please contact us by phone at +40762135800, a service available 24/7, or via email.
 

The price displayed is the final price you will pay and includes unlimited kilometers, as long as your period is longer than 3 days, insurance, road tax, free roadside assistance on the territory of Romania, dedicated Customer Support service with non-stop online and telephone hours. The price includes the type of insurance and services chosen. Upon delivery, our colleagues will present you in detail what is included and what is not included in the selected package and you will be presented with the additional services that you can access.

You have the option to add up to two additional drivers for free. You will only need to provide the identity documents in original (ID card/passport and driver's license) for all drivers who will be driving the rented vehicle.
A rental day is calculated as 24 hours. If the return of the vehicle is delayed by up to two hours, no additional fee will be charged. However, for delays of four hours or more, an extra rental day will be charged according to the agreed contractual rate.
You can drive both within Romania and across the European Union. Please note that in order to take the rented car outside the country, you must obtain written approval from WLC, along with the necessary power of attorney and insurance. Additionally, you are required to notify us at least 5 working days before leaving the country.
The security deposit is a financial guarantee required for the rented vehicle. It can range between 200 and 1500 Euros, depending on the rented model. The deposit is blocked on your card at the time of vehicle delivery and is released at the end of the rental period. The security deposit is retained partially or fully only if you were involved in an accident and the vehicle damage was caused by your own fault.
