Ho avuto un'esperienza davvero positiva con WLC Rent a Car Iasi. Ho noleggiato una Mercedes-Benz e l'auto era in condizioni eccellenti: pulita, ben tenuta, comoda e molto piacevole da guidare. Il ritiro e la riconsegna sono stati rapidi e senza intoppi, e il personale si è dimostrato professionale e cordiale. Ho noleggiato quest'auto da WLC Rent a Car Iasi e posso dire che è stata l'auto più bella che abbia mai guidato! L'ho guidata fino in Moldavia e poi direttamente in Grecia, e si è comportata benissimo per tutto il viaggio, senza alcun problema. Ha 9 posti, tantissimo spazio interno e, per non parlare, un bagagliaio enorme, perché avevamo un sacco di valigie e ci stavano tutte perfettamente, senza che ci sentissimo stretti. L'auto era praticamente nuova, aveva solo circa 30.000 km quando l'ho ritirata, e profumava ancora di nuovo. Abbiamo subito collegato CarPlay per la musica e il navigatore, e l'aria condizionata ci ha salvato perché faceva davvero caldo in Grecia. Sono riuscito a guidarla con estrema facilità, nonostante il cambio manuale. I ragazzi di WLC a Iasi sono fantastici, gentilissimi, consiglio a chiunque cerchi un'auto sicura e spaziosa per le vacanze in famiglia. La noleggerò sicuramente di nuovo la prossima estate!

Sono arrivato un po' di fretta, con i bagagli in una mano e il telefono nell'altra, pronto a dare la colpa a qualcuno se qualcosa non fosse andato per il verso giusto. Ma non è stato così. Mi hanno dato una Dacia Duster pulita e completa, senza graffi, senza odori strani, senza sorprese nascoste nel contratto. L'addetto al banco mi ha lasciato tranquillizzare, mi ha spiegato tutto con calma e non mi ha messo fretta, nonostante la mia urgenza. Al ritorno, la stessa cosa: check-in rapido, nessuna discussione inutile, nessun "costo dell'ultimo minuto" che avrebbe rovinato una buona chiave. Non so, mi è sembrata un'esperienza normale, come dovrebbe essere, ma che sembra rara di questi tempi. Ecco perché vale la pena dirlo a voce alta: WLC Rent a Car a Iași ha fatto il suo lavoro onestamente. E me ne sono andato soddisfatto, non solo infastidito.

You need two documents: your ID card or passport and your driving licence. Send copies or photos of your documents by email for validation, and present the originals to the WLC agent when picking up the car.
❗ For certain vehicle categories or specific rental conditions, booking confirmation requires both submitting your documents and paying a 20% deposit. The displayed price includes third-party liability insurance, the road vignette, maintenance, seasonal tyres and 24/7 technical support. It does not include road tolls (other than the vignette, e.g. bridge tolls) or fines attributed to the driver. Mileage is unlimited within Romania for rentals over 3 days (with a 300 km/day limit outside the country, regardless of duration). At pickup, our team will explain exactly what your chosen package includes and what additional services you can add.
The deposit is an amount held on your card at pickup, between 350 and 1,500 EUR, depending on the vehicle class. It is released in full or in part within a maximum of 7 business days after return, following an inspection of the car's condition. It may be partially or fully retained in case of additional damage, an excessively dirty car, unpaid fuel or mileage, unreturned keys/documents, late return or missing police documents in the event of damage.
The car is picked up and returned, as a rule, from WLC's locations in the city of your booking (including the airport, with a free shuttle), or it can be delivered to an address in Romania of your choice for an additional fee (minimum 24 hours' notice), subject to availability. Return is made in the same city; returning in a different city is only possible with WLC's written agreement, subject to availability, and involves a relocation fee ("One Way Rent").
You can add an additional driver free of charge. Original ID documents (ID card or passport and driving licence) are required for each driver who will use the car.
To make changes to your booking, don't hesitate to contact us by email at [email protected], by phone at +4 0762 135 800 or on WhatsApp. For extension requests, please contact us at least 24 hours before the contract expires so we can check availability.
To cancel a booking, please contact us by email at [email protected], by phone at +4 0762 135 800 (available 24/7) or on WhatsApp.
One rental day equals 24 hours. The first hour of delay past the return time is free of charge. A delay of more than 2 hours is charged the equivalent of a new rental day, plus the equivalent of any additional services, at the rates specified in the Rental Agreement.
Call us immediately at +40 762 135 800. If the accident involves injured persons, also notify the Police. If the car is no longer safe to drive (smoke, fluid leaks, airbags deployed, steering/brakes affected), call roadside assistance immediately, available 24/7: 021 9936. For any incident/accident, notify WLC within 6 hours at +40 762 135 800. Stay calm, our team will guide you step by step through the entire procedure.

You can drive the rental car within Romania and in most European Union countries. To take the car outside the country you need WLC's written agreement, a power of attorney and the required insurance, so please let us know at least 5 business days in advance.
