Everything went at the highest level! The WLC Rent a Car employees are very polite and organized. When I arrived at Iasi airport, I called them and they very quickly organized a car for me, for which I am very grateful to them! I agreed with the manager for a Volkswagen Golf 8. When I met with the employee to rent a car, he apologized and said that for certain reasons he could not give me a Golf for use. But in return he gave me a car in a class higher. It was a new Skoda Octavia 2025)) And I paid for its rental since we agreed on a Golf, although its rental is more expensive. They are reliable, honest, and very fast)) I really liked their service! I wish you many adequate clients and career growth!!! Thank you! I recommend!!!

I hired a car from WLC from Iasi airport. The car was a Dacia Logan with 79,000km. The car was clean and in good condition. We hired from WLC as they were the only company which I found which would give you the required documents to cross the boarder into Moldova, they charge 80 euros for this. We were able to cross the boarder no issues. We arrived at 2am at the airport and had to wait about 45 minutes for them to arrive with the car. They operate out of a carpark about 5 minutes from the airport which they collect you and drive you to. We paid upon collection of the vehicle which was no hassle. Return of the car to the same carpark where they drive you to the terminal. They include zero excess insurance as standard with no card or documents held back so dropping of the vehicle was easy. Again they were about 30 minutes late to the pick up location but when we explained when our flight was they arrived promptly. The car did run on petrol and LPG which we didn’t realise until too late to have time to fill up, they only charged 60 euros in a refilling fee which seemed reasonable. Overall very happy with the experience hiring the car and driving into Moldova, would rent from them again.

I’ve been using WLC Rent Car Iași for a while now and honestly, they’ve never let me down. The team is always friendly and super helpful, even picking me up from Iași Airport at crazy hours like 2am — try getting that kind of service in the UK! 😄 The cars are always clean and well looked after, and the whole process is easy and stress-free. Occasionally you might not get the exact model you booked, but to be fair that happens with most rental companies, and they always make sure you’re sorted with a good alternative. To rent a car from WLC, you need two identification documents: your ID card or passport and your driver's license. Copies or photos of the documents must be sent via email for driver eligibility validation and must also be presented in their original form to the WLC agent at the time of vehicle delivery.
If you experience any technical/mechanical issues with the vehicle or have been involved in an accident, please contact us immediately by phone at +40762135800. In the event of an accident involving injuries, it is mandatory to notify the Police Authorities. Our recommendation is to stay calm throughout the resolution process, and we guarantee that our team will be by your side.
The car can be picked up and returned at the WLC locations in the city where you made the request or can be delivered to any address you specify within Romania. For pickup or drop-off at a location other than the WLC offices, an additional fee will apply, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
To extend or shorten the rental period of the vehicle, please contact us by phone at +40762135800, a 24/7 service, or via email, to inform us of the new contractual period at least 24 hours before the initially agreed rental period expires.

The price displayed is the final price you will pay and includes unlimited kilometers, as long as your period is longer than 3 days, insurance, road tax, free roadside assistance on the territory of Romania, dedicated Customer Support service with non-stop online and telephone hours. The price includes the type of insurance and services chosen. Upon delivery, our colleagues will present you in detail what is included and what is not included in the selected package and you will be presented with the additional services that you can access.

You have the option to add up to two additional drivers for free. You will only need to provide the identity documents in original (ID card/passport and driver's license) for all drivers who will be driving the rented vehicle.
A rental day is calculated as 24 hours. If the return of the vehicle is delayed by up to two hours, no additional fee will be charged. However, for delays of four hours or more, an extra rental day will be charged according to the agreed contractual rate.
You can drive both within Romania and across the European Union. Please note that in order to take the rented car outside the country, you must obtain written approval from WLC, along with the necessary power of attorney and insurance. Additionally, you are required to notify us at least 5 working days before leaving the country.
The security deposit is a financial guarantee required for the rented vehicle. It can range between 200 and 1500 Euros, depending on the rented model. The deposit is blocked on your card at the time of vehicle delivery and is released at the end of the rental period. The security deposit is retained partially or fully only if you were involved in an accident and the vehicle damage was caused by your own fault.
