I had a great experience with WLC. They gave me a really good car (Cherry Tiggo 4) which was extremely easy to drive and very comfortable for a long distance trip. The experience with WLC was 10 out of 10 from renting the car to delivering it. Everything went really smooth and they have really nice staff (because it was late, the guy from delivery stayed with us an talked for nearly 20 minutes until the taxi arrived). They seem to have really great customer care. Though, it would be really nice to have the delivery service and the car with full thank. It is easier to return it like this, rather than with 25 / 55 or 70%.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this company. The car we received was practically brand new, with only 36 km on the odometer. All the vehicles we saw looked clean, modern, and very well maintained. The team did a great job, and the return process was smooth and efficient. When we returned the car during the day, everything was handled quickly, and we were promptly transferred back to the airport. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the lack of clear information about the pickup process. We were not aware that we needed to take a shuttle from the airport to the rental office. This information was not obvious in our booking confirmation, and as first-time visitors to Bucharest, we assumed there would be a rental desk or parking area directly at the airport. Since we arrived around 2 a.m., tired after our journey and unfamiliar with the airport layout, finding the shuttle took much longer than expected and caused unnecessary stress. It would be very helpful if the company provided clearer step-by-step instructions in advance, especially for international travelers arriving late at night. Also, there were only two employees working during the night shift, and they seemed overwhelmed by the number of customers arriving at the same time. That said, the quality of the car and the professionalism of the staff were excellent. With better communication about the pickup process, this would easily be a 5-star experience.
